Website content has to do more than look polished. It needs to communicate value quickly, guide users through the page, support search visibility, and create clear next steps.
The opportunity was to create a repeatable audit framework for evaluating website pages through the lens of messaging, structure, brand consistency, search readiness, and conversion flow.
Problem
Website reviews can become subjective when there is no structured evaluation process.
Pages may have strong individual elements but still suffer from unclear hierarchy, weak CTAs, inconsistent messaging, SEO gaps, or content that does not fully support the user journey.
Without a repeatable framework, recommendations can become scattered instead of prioritized.
