Context

Website content has to do more than look polished. It needs to communicate value quickly, guide users through the page, support search visibility, and create clear next steps.

The opportunity was to create a repeatable audit framework for evaluating website pages through the lens of messaging, structure, brand consistency, search readiness, and conversion flow.

Problem

Website reviews can become subjective when there is no structured evaluation process.

Pages may have strong individual elements but still suffer from unclear hierarchy, weak CTAs, inconsistent messaging, SEO gaps, or content that does not fully support the user journey.

Without a repeatable framework, recommendations can become scattered instead of prioritized.

Solution

I designed an AI-assisted website audit and messaging review system to evaluate pages across key content strategy dimensions.

The framework helps identify where messaging is unclear, where content structure could improve, where SEO/AEO opportunities exist, and where CTAs or page flow could better support conversion.

System Design

Input
Website pages, landing pages, page copy, brand messaging, target audience, SEO priorities, and conversion goals.

Processing
AI-assisted review for message clarity, content hierarchy, SEO/AEO readiness, CTA strength, brand consistency, and user journey friction.

Output
Prioritized audit findings, rewrite recommendations, content structure notes, CTA improvements, and page optimization opportunities.

Constraints & Strategy

The system is designed to make website audits more structured without making recommendations generic.

  • Evaluated message clarity within the first scroll

  • Reviewed page hierarchy and user journey flow

  • Identified SEO and AEO content opportunities

  • Flagged unclear, repetitive, or unsupported messaging

  • Assessed CTA alignment and conversion pathways

  • Preserved brand voice while recommending clearer structure

Product Marketing Impact

The workflow connects website content decisions to business goals.

Instead of reviewing pages only for copy quality, the system evaluates how well a page communicates value, supports discoverability, guides users, and reinforces brand positioning. This makes website recommendations easier to prioritize and more useful across marketing, creative, and performance teams.

Impact

  • Improves clarity and structure across website pages

  • Supports stronger SEO/AEO readiness

  • Identifies conversion and CTA gaps

  • Strengthens brand consistency across digital experiences

  • Creates a repeatable system for content and messaging audits
